FAQ & Shipping

RIBBONS & LABELS:

  • For any gift purchase you make, you have a choice of ribbon color:  Black, Gold or Light Blue. Be sure to choose your preference before checking out. 
  • What is the occasion for your gift? Your occasion will be marked by the sealing label you choose. We offer a long list of occasion labels so pick the one that matches before you add to cart. 

 

SHIPPING:

  • We ship from NY via UPS Ground.
  • We ship Monday-Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays. Orders placed on Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • Our gifts are carefully hand-packed and are fulfilled within 1-2 days.
  • Shipping times vary; generally the longest ship time (to California) takes at least 1 week. Busy Holiday Seasons may affect shipping times.
  • Some General Shipping Timeframes: Tri-state Area = 1 day,  Ohio = 2 day, Florida = 3-4 days,  California = 1 week.
  • We ship throughout the entire contiguous United States.

 

RETURNS or EXCHANGES:

Due to the custom nature of our gifts and sensitive food items, all sales are FINAL. We take great care to ensure that all gifts are carefully packed to avoid damage. 

If an item as been damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.  


OUT OF STOCK FOOD ITEMS:

We are careful to include only the freshest food items. There can be occasions when the particular food item featured is not currently available to us. This can happen when the manufacturer is out of stock, or if the product is suddenly discontinued. In the event that we do not have the featured food item in stock, we will substitute with an item of same or higher value.

 

FOOD ITEMS THAT CAN MELT:

While not all our gifts include "meltable" foods, some treats such as chocolate and candy have a high popularity rate and are therefore products we use. During the warmer months of April -September, we include small ice packs with any gift that includes "meltables" and we have good success with this method. However, please note that we are unable to issue refunds due to melting, so these items should be purchased with this risk in mind. 


COMPLETE CUSTOM GIFTS:

Complete Custom gifts for professional or personal events are a minimum of 50 units and are handled by our bespoke corporate gifting department.

Most of the gifts on this website can be customized for your business or event by adding branded or printed items to personalize the gifts with your logo or message for your specific occasion.

Printed Ribbon, Bands, Tags or Postcard Inserts are just some of the ways we can brand the gift - there are more as well! Semi-custom gifting begins at 24 units.
